Luperox DI-S polymer initiator is a room-temperature stable peroxide, sold in Europe either as a pure product or diluted in mineral spirits with an antistatic agent. Common applications include the polymerization of ethylene or acrylic polymers at high temperatures. Luperox DI-S has also been shown to act as a cetane improver for diesel fuel.
