Applications
Can be used as a vulcanizing agent for natural rubber latex, and also as a polymerization initiator. Used for arsenic removal from ethylene pyrolysis gasoline, polymerization of styrene-butadiene rubber, ABS plastic, and acrylate AB glue. It can also be used as an auxiliary agent in reactions of other organic peroxides and high polymers. Used as a polymerization catalyst, for preparing acetone and phenol. Also can be used as an intermediate for esomeprazole.
