AKPEROX HC10 has been developed for curing unsaturated polyester resins in combination with a cobalt accelerator in the temperature range of 60-120˚C. AKPEROX HC10 plus a cobalt accelerator can be used for artificial marble, polymer concrete, filament winding, and air-drying lacquers. The combination of AKPEROX HC9 with a cobalt accelerator and possibly an amine accelerator (like N,N-dimethylaniline) is also suitable for the ambient temperature curing of vinyl ester resins.
